Shuttle Service

On Wednesday, 23^rd January there will be a shuttle service
to take the participants to the
Castle of Udine
(where the conference will begin).
The shuttle service will be available from 8.45 am to 9.45 am

Palazzo Garzolini di Toppo Wassermann — Palace Toppo-Wassermann

The main conference venue is the Palace Toppo-Wassermann, via Gemona 92, Udine. The palace consists of two main parts: the first was built at the beginning of the 18^th century from the Garzolini family, and the second built at the beginning of 1900 as a male boarding school. The palace included also a chapel, dedicated to St. Peter, of which there is no trace because it was turned into houses during the Napoleonic period. In 2002, the palace is assigned to the University of Udine. The University has taken care of the preservation of the historical building, and of its frescoes.
